This is another lamp inspired by my love of circles… from their beauty in nature, to the deep symbolic representations of unity, balance and harmony, to the human experience and connection to one another, belonging, to how our brain perceives them and their inherent calming nature… to mention but a few.

For me, circles also have such a graceful way of framing a scene, drawing your attention, like you are looking into another dimension, they become portals into the known and unknown. Circles are soulful.

This lamp is the most playful of all my current designs, radiating self expression possibilities…it’s for dreamers. Wood accents appear to float gracefully on beautiful Japanese paper, there is a sense of magic in every aspect of this artful lamp.

With the ability to play with both artwork and physical embellishments you will be able to dream up a magical one-of-a-kind lamp. This captures the essence of what I set out to accomplish with this lamp, pure joy and love.

This lamp collection offers the most options when it comes to making a one-of-a-kind light vessel.

Customizations:

Wood frame - Cherry, maple, two tone (ring is beech only)
Artwork* - main front face
Wood accents attached to front of lamp are completely customizable
Include small crystals, dream catchers, talismans and other objects
Carving/engraving on base

*Artwork:
This can be something you provide (inked line art, tattoo style) that you have done yourself, or something you have purchased and have permission to use. You can also reach out to one of the artists I work with and have a commissioned piece done. You will be provided with a PDF template and guide related to sizing and use of colour.

Subtle changes often take less time. A quote/estimate will usually be necessary. Here is how it works.

The existing core structure needs to remain unchanged. Extensive development and time has gone into the structural design, this cannot be altered. That being said, as you will see, there is so much that can be achieved to arrive at a bespoke piece that you will love..

Get in touch with me via the chat or contact page. From there we will setup a phone call, Zoom or FaceTime session to explore your vision.

Once we have discussed everything and you are happy with the estimate, you can place an order using the “Custom” option above.

Next…
Phase 1: Upon receiving your order and depending upon the complexity of the project, I will move forward with a rough mockup of your custom piece. Most often though, a mockup is not necessary.

Phase 2: You will have the opportunity to review the customizations we discussed, along with any mockup images, refine further if necessary and then sign-off.

Phase 3: You will receive an invoice for the balance (customizations only). I will then begin on your lantern or lamp shortly afterwards. You will receive updates along the way until your one-of-a-kind lantern, lamp or accent piece is ready to be shipped, or delivered if local.
