CANDLE HOLDER STORY
In my personal journey I've found it helpful to have short daily affirmations of things I'm working towards, wanting to change or needing to be reminded of.
Lighting a candle is such a beautiful intentional act and something I love doing when ever I'm feeling overwhelmed or out of sorts.
Combining the two intentions seemed like a perfect way to form a simple but effective way to turn these into a mindful practice and ritual. Switching out the affirmation on a weekly basis keeps this a treasured part of my day, a calm surrender.
